What type of coverage do you need?

Since 1980, March has been observed as “National Nutrition Month”.  This campaign encourages the public to follow the basics of eating healthy and developing a healthy eating plan.  Healthy eating has been thought of giving up some of our favorite foods. Not so says the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.  Their theme ‘Eat Right, Your Way, Every Day’ supports consumers to include the foods they love as part of a healthy eating program.

The top 10 healthy foods (according to the Mayo Clinic):

  1. Almonds
  2. Apples
  3. Blueberries
  4. Broccoli
  5. Red Beans
  6. Salmon
  7. Spinach
  8. Sweet Potatoes
  9. Vegetable Juice
  10. Wheat germ
