What type of coverage do you need?

I love chocolate! Especially Peanut M&Ms. I love the taste, it makes me happy, and it’s a pick-me-up.

But what I also love is that it helps my heart. We’ve all heard the benefits of eating dark chocolate; lowers blood pressure and reduces our bad cholesterol.

Now a new study published in the Journal of Cosmetic Dermatology finds dark chocolate may help protect the skin from the harmful effects of ultraviolet radiation. Chocolate that is minimally processed are rich in flavonoids, antioxidants that could prevent wrinkles and cut the risk of skin cancer caused by exposure to sunlight.
